Health Camp - 2023

A successful blood donation and health camp was organized at Siddhi’s Institute of Pharmacy, Nandgaon. The event saw enthusiastic participation from students and staff, resulting in a significant number of blood donations. Alongside the blood donation drive, various health check-up stations were set up, offering services such as blood pressure measurement, BMI assessment, and basic health advice. Medical professionals and volunteers collaborated efficiently to ensure the smooth execution of the event, promoting both altruism and health awareness within the college community

Guest Lecture on Cybersecurity 2023

A Cyber security seminar was conducted at Siddhi’s Institute of Pharmacy, featuring a police inspector Prasad Pandhre as the guest speaker. The inspector provided valuable insights into the world of cyber security, highlighting the importance of online safety and the potential risks associated with digital platforms. The seminar covered topics such as phishing, identity theft, and ways to protect personal information online. Attendees gained a better understanding of cyber security best practices and learned how to safeguard themselves against cyber threats in today's digital age. The event served as an educational opportunity to raise awareness about online security among students and faculty members.

Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and Awareness rally 2023

Maharashtra Day and International Workers Day-2023

Siddhi’s institute of pharmacy, Nandgaon was arranged the programme of Maharashtra day and International workers day at 01 may 2023 on 7.30 am in the college premises.The arrangement for the programme was done by Mr. Paudwal P S.The programme was started with flag hoisting done by Principal Dr. Kakade R T. Student Ms. Jadhav Harshada had given speech on Maharashtra day.Professor Dr. Shaikh S S. had also given speech by explaining that act was passed in the year 1956 called the States Recognition Act, which defined boundaries for the Indian States based on the language spoken.Principal Dr. Kakade R T. explained the formation of the states of Maharashtra and Gujarat thus occurred according to the Bombay Recognition Act 1960 enacted by the Parliament of India on April 25th, 1960.The programme was concluded by giving vote of thanks by Mr. Paudwal P S.

Marathi Bhasha Din - 2023

Marathi Bhasha divas celebration was held on 27 Feb 2023 at Siddhi's Institute of Pharmacy.Marathi Bhasha Divas is celebrated in honour of the Marathi language. It is celebrated every year on 27th February to rejoice the birth anniversary of Dyanpeeth award winner late poet V.V. Shirwadkar who is also known as Kusumagraj. Marathi being the official language of the State of Maharashtra, the main focus of this celebration was to promote the Maharashtrian culture amongst the students of Siddhi's Institute of Pharmacy. Student Ms. Suroshe Madhuri & Mr.Mahadik Vedant started the programme. The programme was inaugurated by Chairman Mr. Deshmukh S. A, Principal Dr. Kakade R T. Some students from First year B.pharm & D.pharm given the speech as well as sang songs. Chairman Mr. Deshmukh S A. delivered a speech on Marathi is one of the most spoken languages in India and has the fourth-largest number of native speakers in India. Principal Dr. Kakade R T. delivered a speech on his unmatchable work Shirwadkar literary work often revolved around human emotion, social issues, nationalistic themes, and his poetry was known for its lyrics quality and depth thought. The programme was concluded by giving vote of thanks by student Ms. Godambe Prathiksha.

Medicinal Herbal Garden Visit - 2023

As a part of the important academic activities, Visit to Medicinal garden had been arranged by Siddhi’s Institute of pharmacy, Nandgaon for First year D Pharm students. As response to that around 65 students actively participated in the scientific activity. It had been commenced with the gather of the entire participated student at College campus sharply at 09:30 a.m. All the participants are then conveyed to the said location i.e. Samarthkrupa Medicinal herbal garden, Saralgaon by College bus to get participation in the scientific activity. During visit to medicinal garden all the students along with lecturers gain lot of information about all the medicinal plants. Well Trained guide from the Samarthkrupa Medicinal herbal garden presented so many aspects of all the medicinal plants to the students. Various kinds of plants that we come across are: Amla. Beheda, Adhatoda, Allium, Aloe, Cannabis, Cardamom, Clove, Common lavender, Coriander, Datura herb, Fennel, Green Tea, Periwinkle, RaktaChandan, Rauwolfia, Sarpagandha, Zingiber, Davana herb, Anise herb, Rosemary plant etc. During the visit, all the students practically come to know well about morphology of the various medicinally plants as well as essential pharmacognostical information about the plants.

Industry Expert Lecture 2023

On March 10, 2023 industry expert lecture was held at Siddhi’s Institute of Pharmacy.Students along with all staff participated in programme. Student representative Mr. Vedant Mahadik had given introductory speech. Dr. Prashant T. Shirode sir delivered lecture on “Introduction to Pharmacovigilance and Clinical research”. Sir explained about current scenario and job opportunities in Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Pharmacy. Vote of thanks was given by student Ms. Madhuri Shiroshe. All student had shown very good response to the programme.

National Level Online E-Poster Presentation

On the occasion of International Nurses Day on Wednesday 12th May 2021, an Online National Level E-Poster Presentation was organised in collaboration with Nisarg Harbaceutical. The Chief Patron of the event was Hon. Santosh A. Deshmukh, President, Bapusaheb Deshmukh Seva Pratisthan. Online registrations started on 15th May 2021 and the last day of submission of enteries was 18th May 2021. Winners were announced on 25th May 2021.
